Go Basket
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Go Basket mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Go Basket is a self-service shopping tool for use in participating stores. It lets you scan products, manage a basket, check out, and complete in-store verification steps where enabled.
You must be able to enter a valid purchase agreement under UK law (generally 18+ for many payment methods). You are responsible for complying with the rules of any store where you use the App.
While the App is in closed testing or early access, features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be unavailable. The App is provided for evaluation and store pilot use.
Product names and prices shown in the App are provided for convenience and may be updated by the store or by us on the store’s behalf. In case of conflict, the store’s till / stated price and store policies may apply.
Where payments are enabled, you authorise the relevant payment flow (for example Open Banking via a payment provider). Banks and payment providers have their own terms. Go Basket is not your bank.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during testing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
